Lime Out (Floating Taco Bar) – A must-do on a day on the water in the USVI! This iconic floating taco shack in Coral Bay (St. John) and Lindbergh Bay (St. Thomas) is only accessible by boat and serves fresh tacos and fun drinks right in the water — swim up, grab a seat on the “lily pads,” and soak up the vibes.
