FLY FISHING Claimed

FULL DAY FLY FISHING (8 HOURS):  $700 (UP TO 2 GUESTS, OR 3 GUESTS WHEREBY ONE IS A CHILD) — 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

HALF DAY FLY FISHING (4 HOURS):  $500 (UP TO 2 GUESTS, OR 3 GUESTS WHEREBY ONE IS A CHILD) — 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM OR 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Regardless of whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced fly fisher/angler, it doesn’t matter as you are sure to have a fun day fly fishing in the Virgin Islands!

Join the Captain aboard a 20′ Jones Brothers Cape Fisherman Boat for a Full or Half Day of fly fishing and/or light tackle inshore fishing.  The Captain is an expert in fly fishing around Saint John and the Virgin Islands.  He specializes in bone fish and tarpon on the fly, but you may catch other species as well, such as snook, jacks, bonita, barracudas or sharks.

You are welcome to bring your own fly rod(s), or you can use one provided.  Top-quality Rods by Sage, Orvis and TFO, as well as Fly Reels by Tibor, Hatch, Sage, Fin-Nor and Orvis.

INCLUDES:

• Licensed Captain
• Rods, reels, flies (all the necessary tackle)
• Bottled Water, Sodas and Ice
• Fuel

Please bring sunglasses and plenty of reef-safe sunscreen (no spray).   If given the opportunity, the best outcome is if you are able to practice your casting before you come to Saint John. The Crew is happy to help you with your casting, but you will have a more successful charter if you put in some practice time before you get here.  If you are a fresh water fly fisherman and have never fly fished in the salt, you are going to need to be able to cast a minimum of 40 feet accurately.  If you do not know how to double-haul, you will want to learn.
