Q What is the Cancellation Policy?

As we all know, plans change! We’re no stranger to change here in the beautiful VI! We want to make sure you’re taken care of, so you can cancel up to 48 hours prior to your booking date for a full refund of the deposit. Within 48 hours, deposit is forfeited.

Change Reservation Policy: We get it. Your schedule changed, someone came down with a cold or you just need to change the date because you have so many amazing things planned for your vacation. We’ll do our absolute best to accommodate!

Inclement Weather Policy: Weather in the Virgin Islands is beautiful, even when it’s raining or breezy! And, due to our lovely Tradewinds, most rain passes through quickly! When there is weather that we feel is unsafe we will cancel and contact you directly to discuss your options. If for any reason, you feel unsafe or uncertain about conditions on the day of your charter, give us a call and we’ll figure it out together.
