ST. JOHN CELEBRATION FESTIVITIES KICK OFF JUNE 14TH, 2026!
One of the Caribbean’s most beloved festivals is back! The St. John Celebration 2026 will take place from June 14 through July 4, 2026, bringing three weeks of culture, music, food, pageantry, and island pride to Cruz Bay. Rooted in the history of Emancipation Day and Independence Day, the annual celebration honors the rich heritage of St. John while welcoming visitors from around the world to experience the spirit of Love City.
Throughout the celebration, visitors can enjoy steel pan performances, cultural events, boat races, local cuisine, live entertainment, Village Nights, J’ouvert festivities, the iconic Fourth of July Parade, and a spectacular fireworks display over Cruz Bay Harbor. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a longtime St. John fan, Celebration season is one of the most exciting times of the year to experience the island.

J’ouvert on St. John is an early morning celebration starting at Sunrise that marks Emancipation Day with music, dancing, paint and powder, and a joyful street procession through Cruz Bay at sunrise.
