PEACE HILL Claimed

Peace Hill offers a quick hike and beautiful view between Hawksnest and Denis Bays.  The hike is considered easy and enjoyed by many.  There is a small parking lot on the left side of the road about 10 minutes leaving from Cruz Bay on the North Shore Road. This is a great hike to just jump out of the car, even with sandals on, and head up a short incline about 600 feet and you have arrived at one of the island’s oldest sugar mill ruins, as well as a spectacular view of the North Shore and the British Virgin Islands.  This is an iconic stop as folks love to take a picture of Trunk Bay through the window of the sugar mill ruin.  It’s worth the stop, and you can even boast you went hiking.
